A House To Be Desired - Josephine Ryan
Josephine Ryan not only owns a fabulous antique shop but she owns this fabulous house in Nimes, Southern France. The good news is that she rents it out for stays and for photo shoots. Beam me up Scotty.

Ebay Find at Poppies Cottage
How fabulous is this? I found it on Ebay but will not be bidding though I wish I was. The detailing is wonderful right down to the beads. Poppies Cottage is a wonderful source for true vintage clothes.

Dusty Deco
I found this website on my meanderings around the internet the other day. Based in Stockholm this antique dealer - Dusty Deco - great name, has more photographs on their site than you can shake a stick at. These are taken from their inspirations page.

Never Ever Throw Anything Away
Note to self: Never ever walk away from a pile of broken chairs at the brocante ever again! I found these at Resign in Italy and thank you Resign for teaching me a very valuable lesson.

Blog On The Go - My Purchases at The Antiques Fair
My absolute favourite purchase was this amazing French Games Table. The seller was French and kindly let me have it at the French price.
It's hard to keep the prices of Ghost Furniture at a reasonable level if I have to pay huge prices for the original pieces so I am always careful not to pay too much.
I found this lovely little collection in a box under a table of a lovely stand that was a joy to rummage in.
At the same stall I bought these battered but gorgeous large frames.
This very dirty but very lovely oval frame will become a blackboard.
These versatile candlesticks come apart to be used in 3 different ways. Very clever but then again they are French.
Victorian ebonised desk accessories that will be attached to blackboards to be a
lovely place to keep your chalks.
Not so bad then? Well compared to haul I brought back from my last trip to Paris it's not so good as far a quantity goes but the quality is there and that's what is important.
Now to turn them into something hauntingly beautiful for Ghost Furniture
