Recycling The Italian Way

Whilst wneding my way around the internet this morning I came across this fabulous Italian website - Giovanni Scafuro. Love what he is doing with old cutlery and ceramics. He does lots of other stuff, take a look at the braclet and ring made from old key holes. Fabulouso!

Just WOW!

These are from Ricrea in Italy. Maybe a little over the top if plastered all over a room but as statement pieces they work for me. Apparently the chairs are very comfortable to sit on.

Studio In Residence

Those lovely people at Yatzer have gone and done it again. They have gained access to a fabulous Pilazzoi in Milan. The home and studio of Dimore Studio. Well I could just move in there, no bother.

Mesmerising

When I entered the site of VG New Trend in Italy I thought the figures used were statues and wondered how they got them in the right positions. Seems they are real people made to look like statues. Not only is their website mesmerising so are the pieces of furniture, lighting and floral displays. Take a look there's more and take note of the music containing heavy breathing and dripping water.

Oh Giorgio You Haven't Lost It

It's a while since I bought a piece of Giorgio Armani let alone visit one of his shops but I was pleased to see the man hasn't lost any of that amazing talent to cut clothes in a way no one else can. From his AW 11/12 collection. Images from Madame, le Figaro

Italian Wallpapers - Wow!

I have to say on my many trips to Italy I very rarely saw wallpaper so I was shocked to find this amazing Italian website - Wall and Deco. Blown away is an understatement. Enjoy.
