From The Daily Mail in the UK:A celebrated former ballerina was told by the country’s most senior judges July 8 that the State has no duty to provide her with a helper so she can live with dignity in her own home.Stroke victim Elaine McDonald – once described as Britain’s best classical dancer – lost an appeal to the Supreme Court for a night-time carer.Judges, with one exception, said she had no
